Target zonesExclusively ankles. Refuses all other exposed skin.
Approach patternWaits until subject is nearly asleep. Performs 3–5 close flybys before landing. Appears to enjoy this.
Evasion capabilityAdvanced. Disappears completely between 2:15 and 2:45 AM, then returns.

2:16 AM — Clapped both hands in dark. Missed.

2:22 AM — Turned on phone flashlight. Subject vanished.

2:31 AM — Accepted temporary defeat. Covered ankles with blanket.

2:33 AM — Subject bit through blanket. (Unconfirmed. Felt like it.)

2:47 AM — Killed a shadow on the wall. It was not the mosquito.


Unless you see the body, it always comes back.
